Although Banda is the perfect place to relax (on the beach or with a book in a hammock) after a copious and delicious lunch, we do offer a myriad of activities:

  • Visit the Chimp Sanctuary on Ngamba Island
    • Morning feeding at 11:00, afternoon 2:30
    • Allow to be there 30 minutes in advance
    • The trip from Banda to Ngamba takes 2.5 hours
    • Entry fee 35$ (15$ for residents)
    • Transport to and fro with special hire 600,000 UGX
    • A nice option is to visit Ngamba on the way to or from  Banda:  800,000 for the special hire boat Kasenyi – Ngamba – Banda (or vice versa).
  • Fishing – shore and trolling

  • Nature and village walk

    What is your charges for fishing, trolling . Do you do halv day and full day?
